New projects

BV & Compliance provides advice and support in the realization and implementation of new projects and activities, in particular:

• Consultancy in relation to regulatory requirements associated to implementing new areas of activity (analysis of the need for a license on the part of the Authority, regulatory framework of reference, internal organization, internal control system)
• Consultancy with regard to projects requiring specialist knowledge in the context of compliance, legal issues or risk management
•  In-house support for specific projects
•  In house support such as interface for IT projects
• Special investigations in cases of “compliance incidents”
